Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of She Creates Academy (the “Service”), provided by Matthew Dance on behalf of She Creates Academy. The Service includes the website at shecreates.cc, the coaching dashboard, the brand dashboard, the optional social-account integrations (TikTok, Instagram, Canva, Whop), and the related Discord community.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to enter into paid coaching arrangements. You must also be allowed by your local laws to use Discord and Canva, which are required to access most features.

Creators and coaches sign in with Discord OAuth; brands sign in with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login secure, and we can't recover access to your account if your Discord login is compromised. If you connect a third-party account (TikTok, Instagram, Canva, or Whop), you are responsible for the login you use there.

You agree not to use the Service to harass other users, to spam the Discord community, to submit content you don't own, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you do.

You retain all rights to the content you create, including your Canva designs and any UGC you produce. Connecting Canva and selecting designs grants us a limited license to fetch, store, and display those designs to your assigned coach and to you, for the purpose of providing the coaching service. We do not claim ownership and do not share your content with anyone outside of your coaching engagement.

When you apply to a brand campaign listed on the platform, you are agreeing to be introduced to that brand. We are not a party to whatever contract you and the brand subsequently enter into; we take no commission, and we don't guarantee outcomes. Any payment, deliverable, or dispute is between you and the brand directly.

The Service relies on third parties to function, including Discord (authentication and community), TikTok and Instagram/Meta (optional analytics integrations), Canva and Whop (optional integrations), Railway (hosting), Resend (email), Zoom (optional webinar sync), and Anthropic (optional AI-assisted review). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we don't control them and we're not responsible for their conduct.

You can stop using the Service at any time. Disconnecting a connected platform (TikTok, Instagram, Canva, or Whop) stops further syncing and revokes its tokens where supported; disconnecting Canva also removes the synced design data within 24 hours. Leaving the She Creates Discord server removes you from the coaching roster. You may also email us to request full deletion of your account data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (such as landing a paid brand deal) will result from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Creates Academy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Total liability for direct damages is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
